Players act as coaches managing teams of Beasties—adorable creatures with different abilities. Teamwork is crucial as Bonding between Beasties leads to unique relationships like Besties or Rivals unlocking powerful combo moves that can change match outcomes.
In a vibrant open world, players meet Ranked Coaches with compelling backstories. Defeating these coaches allows players to climb the ranks and compete in the prestigious Crown Series championship. All boss opponents are visible on the map from the start enabling players to choose their challenges but defeated bosses grow stronger adding intensity to the competition.
